I'm the creator behind the Email Opt-Ins Toolkit. I've been in the blogging world since January 2009. I still remember creating my site that January evening. I sat down and Googled "how to start a blog."
I used the standard "sign up for updates" form that everyone showed when I started. However, I was not getting people interested.
Once I finally found the perfect way to lure in subscribers, my list grew. By the time I sold it in 2019, there were more than 75,000 subscribers!
But, I'll be honest, it wasn't easy. There weren't resources that showed me how to do it (or if there were, they cost far more than I could invest at the time). I had to figure most of it out on my own.
